“A website can meet the success criteria and yet be completely inaccessible for users” is something I see written on LinkedIn. I’m sure there is a way to make it happen in theory, but in practice the WCAG SC give you the fundamental accessibility you need to be accessible. It might not work easy or well, but there won’t be foundational barriers, which is what WCAG is trying to avoid.
