@melvian Been there. :/ I've found that a physical hobby is generally very helpful. Just getting away from the screens entirely. In my case, I've been studying bookbinding and leatherworking to make a custom journal :D

@labtoast I wish I had a hobby that didn't involve me staring at a screen, and which I'd have actual space for.
