If you, like me, are on Android and would like to receive — or silence — app notifications based on certain conditions: I recently discovered the app "BuzzKill" that does exactly that, and also lets you assign custom vibration patterns. It's 3.99 € on the Play Store, worth every penny for the quality of life that it adds. It runs locally, no data sent home, no root required. I rarely recommend stuff that's not on F-Droid but hooo boy has this been a life-changer!
