@dfx Did Microsoft release an official patch for Windows 3.1 in 1999 to add Y2K support? That's impressive considering it's around the time of Windows ME & Windows 2000.
Or, was this an unofficial community patch?

@smallsco In the summer of 1999, Microsoft released official Y2K patches for both Windows 3.1, as well as WfW 3.11 in the form of updated WINFILE.EXE files. These were mostly distributed through their website.
