Have you had an opportunity to use ytalk to chat at some point? (It would send messages as you type, making each character visible as you press the key.) If so, I'm curious whether you disliked it.

@robryk I haven’t heard of that, no. My issue is specifically around notifications. Someone sending me 6 messages in a row generating 6 rapid-fire notifications is infuriating 😵💫 I disable them as often as I can, but sometimes they have to remain on.
