Now we're working on accounts without phone numbers, and the technical draft is public.

@mollyim@fosstodon.org I'd be interested in having a Flatline-on-demand in my Gitlab pipeline integration, and as a Github-Actions-equivalent. Is that something that should be provided in the upstream Flatline repos?
