It seems like censorship is back but this time in the Fediverse, with some instances moving towards blocking instances like mastodon.cloud. Nevermind that on Mastodon you only see what you follow (there is no recommendation system), so I fail to see how this is pro-freedom. But that&#39;s the point I guess: it&#39;s not. It&#39;s just pro-centralization. If you wanted to destroy the Fediverse from within that would be exactly the right play. #fediverse #instances #block #epicfail #mastodon

The anointed and the chosen ones never tire of trying, they just change the approach, most people can't comprehend or understand that there is an overabundance of retards, useful idiots and malicious actors convinced they are saving the world by screwing everybody for the greater good.

The Fediverse is no different, and the social contract is simple: 1) Manage your site to keep things like spam away. 2) Keep your site up to date so it remains safe and secure. Mastodon.cloud has broken the social contract and so it will no longer exist among many. If you want to shout alone in the void, unheard and unseen, you can. Just know that is your fate if you remain here. I'd suggest you find a new site. #Mastodon
