@CStamp I usually sit to play, so there's not pressure on the strap so much as the way I hold the guitar is affecting me. I just mentioned the strap to solicit advice from people who play instruments other than guitar Edit: looked up classical guitar players to confirm, but that's pretty much how I hold mine a lot of the time
