Yeah. Your example: How many forks of Chome/Chromium have rejected Google’s [Manifest v3](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Chrome#Manifest_V3_2) changes? Zero, because they’re all soft forks and don’t have the resources to hard fork.
