It kills me that the Canadian Press does not know what dumping is. “The Canada Border Services Agency has launched a probe to determine if plywood is being subsidized or sold at unfair prices in Canada.” Dumping is selling abroad at a lower price that domestically. States can subsidize all they want, states can take a loss, states can have terrible environmental impacts.
