I was walking past the old Italian dude who sweeps the footpath every day a few doors down - I suspect he does it as his exercise and as a form of interaction with people - and there was a bright new piece of graffiti on the tall brick fence next door to his house. I said, as I walked past "is it new? It's good", he said "oh, yes, they came last night, and did it. So quick". We both admired the quality in it. I said "At least no one will tag it" he agreed
