I also had Linux routers in the late 90s. At home, I think I had Debian Linux, but for a friend I used "Fli4L", a small Linux on one 1.44mb floppy disk :-)

@acn128 @ActionRetro I'd only used Linux for the first time the year before, and wasn't too impressed with it (the year of Linux on the Desktop is only a year away!) but this was my first time running it as a server and I found it to be a much better experience 🙂 I also ended up joining the local Linux user group, it was great to have a lovely community supporting my teenage curiosity and incessant questions 😂
