@mrose @xankarn Yes! And the zoning for warehouse space is not the same as for high-density “housing”! Local communities can fight them on ALL of it. Those of us caught in the scams that are “HOAs” have seen a lot of ridiculous nitpicking BS that can be retargeted at these concentration camps.
