This is the best possible solution. Since we're stuck with the Royals getting a new stadium, I'm glad it's filling a gaping hole of emptiness in the city and that they're planning on it being surrounded by a park. The BCBS building is empty, neglected and ugly. WS Park is neglected for all but ten days out of the year and filled with garbage.
