@cakemix @Lkdc naming things is hard, so they named after the European city it was agreed in. Like the Paris Agreement—on Climate Change, the Oslo Accords—regarding Palestine, Geneva Convention—on war crimes, etc. I think naming agreements after places they were agreed goes back at least over 5000 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_treaties
