that's not a good litmus test because even moderates approve of legal; dissaprove of legal; and are still unware that neither matters in ice's eyes.
most of their prison population comes from people who were trying to do it legally.

Also not a good litmus because anyone supporting the concept that immigration should be divided into categories of "legal" and "illegal" is implicitly supporting the idea of the existence of ICE and organizations like it.
