i found out that, in addition to even more #ndis cuts (which is a can of worms i'm keeping sealed for now), the federal government wants to get rid of a rebate for people aged 65+ who pay for private health insurance. you know, that thing a lot of us need to pay for to get the medical care we actually need because there's plenty of shit medicare won't cover? i don't fucking understand why the federal government doesn't tax multi-millionaires and higher more. THEY actually have the money the government wants!!!!!! #auspol #disability #agedcare #ableism
