No, he is the MMC and they will be happily at the end
Yes, he is the villain and she will end with the MMC (who can be an other CEO or not)

@SadKitten I hate it. Even when you think you're going to get something more enlightened because the MC is gay, bam. She dates her (woman) boss. And it's everywhere in mystery fiction as well. And in fantasy.
