I don't know why it took me so long to find a proper (nerd) font for my terminal. All this time just sticking to the defaults. But now I spent a good half an hour going through each one of the nerd fonts available in the nerd-fonts package in archlinux to see which one I liked the best (for now, anyways), and stuck with RecMonoSmCasual, on alacritty. Looks nice.
