@ThermiteBeGiants the DEV in Bruchhausen-Vilsen does something similar once a year. Unfortunately we have too few women (yet), two started training as fire women on the steam engine and one is on the way to become a train guard. But else, its still a white old men hobby. Dear non-WOMs: join the heritage railway! It can be fun!
