A first step, was integrating clippy into the rust project, be closer to rustc.

The first trick was to only run enabled lints, and it cut 315 out 750 (at the time) clippy lints, a 40% cut. It might seem trivial, but at the start when they were just a few lints, the filtering would have been the most expensive part… after hundred of lints, not so much. #RustInParis
