@LeslieBurns @susankayequinn No, counselor, it's not the same thing at all. Promoting useful arts and sciences is important enough to be enshrined in the Constitution itself. Not an amendment. Not a statute. The actual effing Constitution. What does the Constitution say about driving? They are not at all the same. The social value of promoting creation and encouraging creators is most unreasonably devalued by equating it with the purely discretionary privilege of driving.
