@keirFox if there's memory corruption as some people are suggesting, well you can't really reason about what the software should be doing anymore because instructions could be being corrupted, but I would expect more random corruption of the data or at least more random other crashes

@keirFox if you're just getting your data blocks turning into blocks of entirely zeroes that sounds like a bug (or possibly something nefarious)
