@trouble I don't object to including a Fancy Build System setup for a trivial one-source-file tool, but I do kinda scratch my head at the lack of a basic Makefile or even a build.sh if Make is intimidating...

@swetland lol, true! (Apologies, foot in mouth, Context is hard). Like a lot of wood work YouTubers: "To make a table, you need a planner, jointer, table saw, cross cut sled, lathe, complete set of hand planes, belt sander, and..." When a crooked 2x4 and a handful of nails would do.
