@RosaCtrl wait maybe I am. I think in general productivity is a Yay. It's all semantics so it all depends on how you define it but the ability to "produce" things tends to lead to positive outcomes. For example, "Alex likes to make music, she's always playing something new" Alex is very musically productive and it's making her happy. This notion of productivity scales to larger community under the umbrella of "empowerment", allowing people to achieve their goals seems to be , in general, good for a given society. Now this is clearly detached from a more capitalistic notion of productivity which is measured as a ratio of "effective ROI/expected ROI" and used as a guide to further alienate workers. Let's not do that, it sucks balls
