@tchambers @semurjengkol @arcanechat I've been discussing that with one of the development guys years ago. There is a good portion of experience about running MTAs, and related problems. but they didn't wanna hear the arguments. So good luck. 2/2

@GerhardD > For the stated "decentralization" you need all MTAs to cooperate no, as said you can use several at the same time and/or migrate, KEEPING your group state, contacts, chats, etc, in matrix you are bound to a single home server, and if federation is not allowed between yours and another person's that is it, you need to create a new profile in another server that is not the case in Delta Chat where servers are replaceable dumb messages relay nodes @tchambers @semurjengkol
