Stop pretending those "rules" have any meaning. They only ever use them when it is convenient for abuse. They manipulate with "alternative meanings" "alternative explanations" or by simply forgetting they exist. They are cheap excuses for abuse and nothing more. And if they work against them, they refuse or deny or ignore.
