Concerning #cookiebanners: 1. Everyone involved has "legitimate interest", even mafia, marketing and intelligence agencies. It's not an excuse. 2. Needing to check boxes to object is opt-out, i.e. *on* by default. Considering the purpose, this is clearly a #DarkPattern and false impression/implication if everything else is turned off to be off. #privacy
