I am not straight, nor do I have siblings. Rationally I don’t really see why there would be an issue with siblings having sex recreationally without producing children, which wouldn’t even be an issue with step siblings. With step parents the age difference might also be acceptable. Someone recently posted a Wikipedia link to an effect where people growing up together don’t feel sexual attraction to each other, which is the primary reason why I assume it is a taboo (I used to think it was because of the negative health effects for incestuous children), but so long as all involved parties consent I see no issue.
