@interru @Karcsesz The main problems is too many parents are not educated on computers, they don't speak to their children of the danger of the internet. And when they even try to install a filter, usually they missed this children can access to the web by other mean (like a shared computer or tablet, ...) When you are in this, the easier and less trouble (politicly) to satisfied the will of conservative part of your voters is to force everyone to share their personal data to every website to access the content.
