Due Process is only intended for citizens.
They are also detaining citizens. If they're racially profiling citizens, they're not getting due process either. I guess you're only okay with dehumanizing people you deem "illegal"? Are you okay with border patrol raping women too?
This is why you mfers don't have girlfriends or wifes. And society is all the better for it.
