@draken only I guess on my end: cloudflare or another CDN is having routing issues. once the connection gets established it's a little more stable but negotiating the initial connections having problems. at least that's how it's behaving here, where I am
or the ISP is throttling some sites and routes
(I'm still waking up this morning)

@draken it's having the lag on a wired linux box also if downdetector is still any reliable indication, whatever is going on has been rolling across various sites since at least ~midnight (including the SNAP EBT ??)
