So this is what a #tech giant actually looks like. #Meta is installing tracking software on US #employee systems, recording mouse movements, clicks and keystrokes via a tool called "Model Capability Initiative" (#MCI), including occasional screenshots. Goal: train #AI models so future agents can autonomously handle work tasks. #Legal experts warn this likely violates #GDPR in the #EU. In #Germany, keystroke logging is only allowed in exceptional cases.
