@thegarbagebird i mean… kinda. A normal company might get loans on accounts receivable but that serves an operational purpose. Getting multiple advances in the same orders is very much fraud, and even getting too much is just a company eating itself until it suddenly becomes far more profitable or collapses under its debt load

@timmy exactly, everyone walks the line between valuation and fraud (or just does mild fraud) until they recoup, until they ship, until the funding round, until they get acquired. if one company does too much fraud, or acquires too many of other companies’ smaller frauds, THEN it's bad.
