#Linux:
1. set keyboard layout to altgr-intl, done
#windows:
1. download keyboard layout from the internet
2. install keyboard layout editor,
3. patch layout
4. install patched keyboard layout
5. set layout
6. unset layout switching key combo
#macos
1. download keyboard layout from the internet
2. patch layout (at least it's a text file)
3. install patched keyboard layout
4. reboot
5. set layout
6. unset layout switching key combo
clearly Linux is the hardest.
