To lighten the mood, here's the top five funniest things I've ever seen in person: 1) Colin accidentally blowing up his treacle pudding 2) My mum slipping in the mud and ending up flailing around on her back in a cloud of Dad when we were scattering his ashes 3) Colin "falling up a hole" 4) Si climbing on top of his kitchen cupboards and inevitably falling through them 5) My son, singing "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" beautifully but farting loudly instead of singing the word "year" at the end
