I’ve been watching ‘Invincible’ since it started and it’s fine (gory for sure). Each season I watch, forget and move on.
Season 4 though, I’m like, “Maybe I’ll hold on to this and rewatch” So much better story telling!

@jwilker@wandering.shop Hmm. Interesting. I am finding the opposite. S1 was interesting, but subsequent seasons have been less good, with this one seemingly kinda phoned in both in terms of the voice acting, but also the internal consistency of the world building. Also, I think the animation/illustration has gone downhill this season. Not saying you're wrong, but it is interesting to me that I came to this feeling last week while catching up with it.
