I sincerely hope this absolutely moronic promoter is charged the full cost for this. I happened to be working nearby both yesterday & today, and this "sculpture" (read: messy pile with no inherent design concept) was drawing unsafe crowds to the narrow sidewalks around this lot, with no crowd control or traffic control whatsoever, & large groups spilling dangerously out into the street.
