Fyi, I’ve been slowly working on a project of (hopefully) community-maintained glyph sets (including its standard glyph names, and a protocol that allows more reliable indentification and conversion of glyph names between different systems) and OTL rule generation logic, focused on complex scripts. But what you did now (following the Glyphs app’s convention) is good enough for avoiding u(ni)XXXX names.
