and then later I went out to an AHL game with a friend, sitting with a big group of crafters as part of the currently ongoing yarn crawl in the area. altogether a great game: * friend caught a game puck off the first play * fun seat neighbors, including an older guy new to hockey who was very happy to learn from two young women who knew more about the sport than him * I ate two bratwursts * local team scored a shorty * gloves off fight * triple ejection in the 3rd * hometown win #HNOM
