@aimee The last time I tried contacting a roadworks helpline about traffic congestion caused by a bunch of brain dead things with a roadworks trafic management plan, their response amounted to: "Won't fix. We know it's bad out there. BUT, our consultants said it would work, and said the lanes have to be like that for busses to turn" Me Reading That: "Who in their right mind would still send a bus to turn through that mess! Haven't seen one in weeks! 🙄" At least they responded promptly to that email - within 30-60 mins I'd say... and not quite a stock answer either. So, I'll give them credit for that much only....
