@CorvidCrone I bought my apartment at age 46 having never owned before. I hate it. Don't get me started, I have a dental appointment in a couple of hours. I am lucky, though, I have a roof over my head and regular heat, and studio apartments go for $1300 in my crappy neighborhood. Owning isn't for everyone. Rents, though--we all know this, but there's something seriously, seriously wrong with this country.
