Dysphoria is an accurate understanding of how you look, present, and exist within society while experiencing a deep discomfort with it.
Dysmorphia is an *inaccurate* view of *only how you look* and a desire to change your body to "fix" it.
Vanity is kinda a shallow term imo. That's just a desire to look good, and normally is mostly surface-level (makeup, exercise, hair care, etc). It can go a little over the top I guess, but generally that term is thrown around in a misogynistic way.
