New update to the Tiro Builder tool, fixing an issue with hinting in CFF fonts instantiated from CFF2 variable build streams. Just finished testing it on a collection of complex Indic fonts built on-the-fly from multiple sources, and although I know how the builder works and it does what I asked @khaled to make it do, it still feels a bit like magic every time I run it. https://github.com/TiroTypeworks/TiroTools/tree/master/Builder
