Why do I always wake up at the same time, tired af, regardless of when I go to sleep? Completely unrelated to my sleep pattern for the past week and way before sunrise? It is not related to the location because it happens everywhere. My nose isn't clogged most of the times. I don't have to pee most of the times. I am not horny either at that time. I would not know if anything does a sound. I turned off all alarms. It too happens when battery of phone is empty. #sleep
