New editorial from Rebecca and me! We looked at whether libraries were giving their faculty credit in P&T norms for evidence synthesis. Most are silent on the topic. This is labor intensive interdisciplinary scholarship that needs to be recognized, documented, and rewarded -- while also recognizing that librarians need space to do / lead their own scholarship. https://jmla.pitt.edu/ojs/jmla/article/view/2202
