It looks like I was onto something: that's exactly how I framed what I was going through during the final stage of my pre-burnout phase, where I just handed the keys over to genCode tools, and quit trying to get them back. No more "just sit and think this through", no more "your gut tells you option C is the right one", just constant "go ahead, and try to fix the shit you've just made, crazy mother AI"" powerless auto-mode...
