I used to see torrents until my ISP shut up internet off and wouldn't turn it back on until I signed and faxed back a form saying I wouldn't do a bad boy piracy no more so now I just plug in raspberry pis running tailscale in discreet outlets at places with free wifi and put a little sticker on the case says "Metering Device. Do Not Remove" and seed through those.
