I'm really wondering if the french companies should be the base of #eu #digitalsovereignty
Every time I contacted one of their companies, I got no reply, including #mailo and #MistralAI
Therefore I actually use 0 products from #France. Companies from #Germany are actually responsive and often helpful.

#mistralai is available only for contact if you are press. social presence is only on #LinkedIn, #discord and #x. not a single #eu based service.

@amackif Can't confirm that. I experienced a very responsive and helpful murena. So to my mind one shoud rather break it down to companies not to the country of their origin.
