I do love my MacBook Pro M1 Max — largely due to refusing to upgrade to macOS 26 Tahoe 🙃 Apple still makes sexy luxury hardware but wow their software has mostly gotten worse year-after-year for the past 5-ish years and become a trap for their subscription services — I don’t hate most of their services but “pro” subscriptions always lead to upselling and enshittification of “free” offerings. I don’t need Apple to be chasing “the next big thing” but giving a damn about user experience again might be nice while most of capitalism/tech feels like an accelerating greedy race to the bottom 💩 #Apple #TimCook
